My lifelong interest in photography led naturally to painting when I retired, bringing with it a deep understanding of composition and colour balance. I am continually inspired by the sea — its changing moods, shifting light, and the endless variety of weather and water.

I work mainly in acrylics, creating seascapes that reflect both close observation and an emotional response to the coastline. I have exhibited at Oxfordshire Art Weeks and at local art shows, and I have a permanent display in my studio gallery where visitors are welcome to view and purchase my work.

I am also happy to undertake commission work and enjoy collaborating with clients to create personal, meaningful pieces.
